Responsibilities

• Investment Execution: Evaluate, structure, and execute infrastructure investments across sectors and transaction types.
• Financial Analysis & Modeling: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models, valuation analyses, and investment returns assessments.
• Due Diligence: Coordinate commercial, financial, operational, legal, and technical due diligence with external advisors and internal stakeholders.
• Investment Committee Materials: Prepare memoranda, presentations, and supporting analyses for senior investment professionals and investment committees.
• Deal Sourcing & Evaluation: Identify and assess new investment opportunities, conduct market research, and evaluate dynamics and positioning.
• Portfolio Management: Monitor performance with management teams and internal colleagues to drive value creation.

The platform invests across a broad range of infrastructure sectors, spanning digital, energy transition, transportation, utilities, etc, targeting high-quality businesses and assets that benefit from long-term structural growth, resilient cash flows, and attractive risk-adjusted returns.

Key Responsibilities

• Investment Execution: Play a central role in evaluating, structuring, and executing infrastructure investments across a range of sectors and transaction types.
• Financial Analysis & Modeling: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models, valuation analyses, and investment returns assessments to support investment decisions.
• Due Diligence: Coordinate commercial, financial, operational, legal, and technical due diligence alongside external advisors and internal stakeholders.
• Investment Committee Materials: Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and supporting analyses for senior investment professionals and investment committees.
• Deal Sourcing & Evaluation: Assist in identifying and assessing new investment opportunities, conducting industry research, and evaluating market dynamics and competitive positioning.
• Portfolio Management: Work with portfolio company management teams and internal colleagues to monitor performance, evaluate strategic initiatives, and support operational and financial value creation.
• Transaction Management: Manage multiple workstreams across live transactions, ensuring rigorous analysis, attention to detail, and effective coordination with counterparties and advisors.

Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, infrastructure investing, private equity, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, with demonstrated experience evaluating complex investment opportunities.
• Prior exposure to infrastructure, energy, power, utilities, transportation, digital infrastructure, or other real asset sectors is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information into clear investment recommendations.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, sound commercial judgment, and a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to operate effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced investment environment and manage competing priorities.
• A high degree of ownership, initiative, and motivation to contribute meaningfully to a high-performing investment team.
