Job summary

Carvana is seeking an Experienced PDR Technician in the United States to join our high-tech Inspection Centers. You will bring a minimum of 5 years of automotive Paintless Dent Repair experience to a fast-paced environment.

You will use advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, and work on both steel and aluminum panels. The role offers an hourly rate of 27–36/hr with strong benefits, including 100% company-paid healthcare premiums and a vehicle purchase discount.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR).
• Must be able to operate vehicle equipment and handle tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform PDR using advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, creases and body lines, and repair larger dents on steel and aluminum panels.
• Operate state-of-the-art tools in Carvana Inspection Centers.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
