Job summary

Carvana is seeking an Experienced Paintless Dent Repair Technician in New Jersey to join our high‑tech Inspection Centers. You will perform advanced glue‑pulling, hail repair, and fix creases and body lines on steel and aluminum panels.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform Paintless Dent Repair using glue-pulling techniques and tools.
• Repair hail damage and creases on steel and aluminum panels.
• Address body lines and larger dents with professional techniques.
• Work at Carvana Inspection Centers and ensure high-quality vehicle condition.
