Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to join our growing team. You will repair dents on steel and aluminum panels using glue-pulling techniques and access panels with specialized tools in one of our Inspection Centers.

Qualified candidates have at least 3 years of PDR experience, can work in a fast-paced environment, and are comfortable with mandatory overtime to meet delivery commitments. We offer competitive wages and strong benefits in a high-tech setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional automotive PDR experience.
• Experience accessing panels and glue-pulling techniques.
• Able to repair dents on steel and aluminum panels.
• Must be at least 18 and hold a valid driver’s license; MVR checks where required.

Responsibilities

• Repair dents using PDR techniques on vehicles.
• Work in Carvana Inspection Centers with state-of-the-art tools.
• Be available for mandatory overtime based on business needs.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.
