Job summary

Carvana is seeking paintless dent repair technicians with a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience to join us at Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history.

As an Experienced PDR Technician, you’ll use advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, repair creases and body lines on both steel and aluminum panels. We offer a competitive wage and amazing perks – including a 401(k) with Carvana match and a vehicle purchase discount.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• English reading, writing, speaking and comprehension required.

Responsibilities

• Use advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, repair creases and body lines, and repair larger-sized dents on both steel and aluminum panels.
• Operate vehicle equipment and tools in a fast-paced production environment.
• Adhere to safety equipment requirements and overtime as needed.
