Job summary

Carvana in Richmond, VA is seeking an Experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to repair dents on steel and aluminum panels using glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, and body-line restoration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license; MVR may be checked.
• Must read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Use advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, creases and body lines to repair dents on steel and aluminum panels.
• Operate state-of-the-art tools in Carvana Inspection Centers.
• Ensure timely, high-quality repairs in line with customer expectations.
