Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in power distribution networks or voltage regulators.
• Familiarity with voltage regulator design and decoupling capacitor technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze current PDN reference flows.
• Develop PDN topologies for 3DIC/HPC products.
• Collaborate with R&D and packaging teams.
