Job summary

Simbe Robotics in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks a Senior Product Data Management Analyst to anchor PLM governance across engineering, operations, and suppliers. You will own the PLM system, drive change orders, and ensure audit-ready documentation as hardware programs scale globally.

You will administer Arena PLM, manage data integrity for items, BOMs, and vendor records, and collaborate with suppliers and contract manufacturers to implement changes efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a PDM or Document Control Analyst administering a PLM tool.
• Arena experience strongly preferred.
• SME in PDM/PLM processes incl. BOM structuring and version control.
• Experience with global suppliers and contract manufacturers across time zones.
• Ability to work in a high-velocity environment with strong attention to data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Author change orders (ECOs, MCOs, Deviations) with input from Engineering/Operations.
• Administer the Arena PLM tool (users, workflows, approvals).
• Own Item Master, BOM Master, Approved Vendor List, and data integrity.
• Enforce BOM structuring guidelines and part numbering conventions.
