Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP is seeking a Sensitive Data Compliance Lead Consultant to lead PCI DSS and sensitive data compliance assessments for enterprise clients, including government contractors. The role collaborates with Sensitive Data Cyber Compliance leadership to define and expand the firm's offerings.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a cybersecurity-related field, a PCI QSA credential, and cybersecurity certifications, with 5+ years in cybersecurity, IT audit, or R/G/C.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, MIS, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.
• PCI QSA credential.
• Cybersecurity/privacy certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM).

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute PCI compliance assessments for enterprise clients, documenting risks with clear reporting and recommendations.
• Assess IT environments against frameworks such as NIST 800-171, 800-53, FedRAMP, CSF, and other standards.
• Identify gaps and vulnerabilities affecting compliance and document proof-of-concept with recommended remediations.
• Support IT Risk & Compliance teams to maintain PCI and evolving cybersecurity controls while pursuing continuing education.
• Define boundaries of in-scope systems and assist with SSPs, policies, procedures, and POAMs.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently to keep scope within schedule and budget.
