Job summary

Forvis Mazars is seeking a Sensitive Data Compliance Lead Consultant to support PCI DSS projects for enterprise clients of all sizes and industries, including DoD contractors. You will collaborate with Cyber Compliance leadership to define and expand the firm's practice areas and services offerings.

The role requires extensive experience with PCI DSS and other US federal frameworks (NIST CSF, 800-171/53, FISMA, FedRAMP) and a track record in leading risk assessments and client engagements across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Cybersecurity, MIS, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, IT audit, or governance, risk, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute PCI compliance assessments for enterprise clients, documenting risks, gaps, and actionable recommendations.
• Perform risk and compliance assessments against federal frameworks such as NIST 800-171, 800-53, FISMA, FedRAMP, and CSF.
• Assess IT environments to identify gaps and vulnerabilities and produce clear, evidence-based reporting.
• Contribute to documenting system security plans (SSP), policies, procedures, and POAMs.
• Define and integrate solutions, tools, processes, and data flows to maintain compliance obligations and reduce cyber risk.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, steering them on schedule and within budget.
