Job summary

Enercon Technologies is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer for printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) in Gray, Maine. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in production techniques to develop and document efficient manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality outputs at minimal cost.

Responsibilities include collaborating with development teams, training associates, and optimizing manufacturing systems.

The ideal applicant will have a B.S. in Engineering and at least 7 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of related work experience in manufacturing.
  • Experience with printed circuit board assembly and through hole/surface mount technology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement manufacturing process technologies for reliable assemblies.
  • Provide consultation to new product development teams regarding manufacturing capabilities.
  • Assist in the preparation of new product cost estimates.
