Job summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced PCB Layout Engineer in the United States to drive complex PCB designs for home network products. You will collaborate with hardware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to translate schematics into robust layouts capable of mass production.

The role requires hands-on experience with high-speed signals, RF traces, impedance control, and DFM principles. You will lead footprint maintenance and participate in design reviews while mentoring junior

Qualifications

• 3+ years in PCB layout/design.
• Ability to read schematics and apply best practices.
• Experience driving board-level design using EDA tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive PCB layout from concept through production release.
• Place and route with impedance control and design checks.
• Generate Gerber/ODB++ files, drill files, assembly drawings.
• Support fabrication issues with vendors and CM.
• Translate schematic intent into layout constraints for high-speed signals.
• Collaborate with mechanical teams for enclosure, antennas, and thermal constraints.
• Mentor junior PCB layout engineers.
