Job summary

Actalent is seeking a PCB Designer to provide technical leadership in PCB design, manufacturing readiness, and product scalability. The role will start as a part-time position (16–24 hours/week) onsite in Coatesville, PA, with the potential to become a full-time Lead Engineer.

The ideal candidate will mentor three junior engineers, resolve manufacturing challenges, and drive the transition of FDA-cleared products from development to commercial manufacturing in a fast-moving startup.

Qualifications

• PCB design experience with manufacturability awareness.
• Experience with PCB layout from schematic to release.
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuitry and design for manufacturing/test.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in PCB design, manufacturing readiness, and product scalability.
• Mentor and lead a team of three full-time junior engineers.
• Solve immediate manufacturing-related engineering challenges.
