Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking an experienced PCB Design Engineer to create reliable, manufacturable PCB layouts for advanced defense products. You will work with engineers to implement high‑speed digital, RF, and power designs, and lead guidelines for DFM/ DFA across multiple concurrent projects.

The role requires 7+ years in PCB design, Altium familiarity, and the ability to obtain a US Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of professional PCB design experience.
• Ability to read schematics and apply IPC rules.
• Experience with Altium Designer; Allegro a plus.
• Experience with high density, multi-layer, RF, HDI boards.
• Eligible for and able to obtain US Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Produce PCB designs for Anduril’s products.
• Apply design standards for manufacturability and assembly.
• Implement high-speed digital, analog, RF, and power designs.
• Lead design-for-manufacturing and design-for-assembly guidelines.
• Develop and refine PCB design processes and libraries.
• Coordinate external PCB design resources during surges.
• Work in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects.
