Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer – PCB & Circuit Design to design, develop, and support advanced electronic circuit board assemblies for industrial controllers. You will apply high-speed, mixed-signal, and EMC-focused techniques and collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and external partners to deliver reliable, manufacturable products.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 4 years of circuit board design experience for industrial controllers.
• MS in Electrical Engineering may substitute for part of the experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electronic circuit board assemblies that meet electrical, mechanical, and environmental requirements and comply with FCC, UL, CSA, CE.
• Create and maintain circuit board layouts of moderate complexity including high-speed/mixed-signal designs.
• Promote DFM, DfE, and risk assessment methodologies in design processes.
• Maintain electronic design documentation: schematics, layouts, production drawings, data packages.
• Manage component libraries, part numbers, footprints, and approved vendor lists.
• Participate in design reviews and ensure adherence to standards.
• Address obsolescence and vendor change notifications with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot circuits using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and DMMs.
• Support production by resolving PCB assembly issues.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to resolve technical issues.
