This role sits in the OPS - Operations function and supports board assembly, test, and line maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have four to five years of relevant experience, a high school diploma with additional coursework, and the ability to lead team efforts to produce high-quality assemblies on tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma with additional courses after high school or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must possess specific site certifications as defined by operations.
• Four to five years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs manual assembly, operation of automated assembly equipment, hand soldering, operation of automated test equipment, and inspection and repair of products.
• Sets up machines and lines, performs feeder repairs and first line preventative maintenance.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external customers and leads the team to high quality production within deadlines.
• Knows in-circuit and functional test fixturing and SMT processing systems.
• Familiar with Word, Lotus Notes, Excel and documentation control systems.
