Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Pharmacy Benefit Manager Pricing Strategy Analyst Senior to support ASO functions. The role blends in-office collaboration (1-2 days) with remote flexibility, located in Connecticut or Minnesota depending on commuting distance and policy allowances.

The candidate will drive pricing, margins, and revenue optimization, with a focus on PBM processes, data analysis, and cross-functional teamwork to support growth and client value.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS in Finance or related field with at least 3 years of PBM data analysis experience.
• Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Implements new processes and best practices for guarantee monitoring and ASO pass back activities.
• Creates metrics and performance objectives to maximize revenue.
• Develops tools to monitor margin, revenue, and client retention.
• Monitors revenue and takes action to meet or exceed targets.
• Implements pricing in the system to improve margin.
• Supports Pharmacy Services in revenue growth initiatives.
