Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Pharmacy Benefit Manager Pricing Strategy Analyst Senior in CT/MN to drive pricing, margin monitoring and ASO support. This hybrid in-office role requires 1-2 days onsite per week and offers flexibility for collaboration.

You will implement new processes, develop metrics, monitor revenue and client retention, and support future growth with PBM expertise. Requires BA/BS in Finance and at least 3 years PBM/data analysis experience; advanced Excel preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS in Finance or related field with at least 3 years of PBM/data analysis experience.
• Experience in PBM industry preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Strong data analysis capabilities.
• Demonstrated success collaborating across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Implements new processes, process improvements, and best practices related to guarantee monitoring and ASO pass back activities.
• Creates and implements metrics and supports performance measures to establish performance objectives for revenue maximization.
• Creates tools and processes to monitor margin revenue and client retention.
• Monitors revenue performing below thresholds and implements necessary tasks to bring performance to or above targets.
• Implements pricing in the system related to margin.
• Supports the Pharmacy Services team in implementing future revenue, member expansion and growth capacity.
