The Cigna Group is seeking a senior PBM Legal Leader to guide a team of attorneys supporting pharmacy network operations within the PBM organization. You will provide strategic regulatory and transactional counsel and partner with executives on risk management and business initiatives.

The role offers remote or hybrid work, an annual bonus and long‑term incentives, and a comprehensive benefits program. A JD with active license and 10+ years PBM/regulatory experience is required.

• Extensive PBM regulatory and healthcare experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a team of attorneys supporting PBM pharmacy network operations.
• Serve as lead legal advisor for network operations strategy, initiatives, and objectives.
• Provide day-to-day counsel on contracting, reimbursement, credentialing, and regulatory compliance.
• Advise on federal/state laws affecting PBMs, networks, and healthcare supply chain.
• Draft/ negotiate complex healthcare and pharmacy agreements.
