Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Senior Analyst, PBM Contract Manager to apply complex financial and contractual strategies to large, high-impact PBM agreements. You will support retention and negotiate terms reflecting evolving industry standards.

Qualifications include 4+ years in financial analysis or underwriting, strong Excel skills, and a Bachelor's in Finance or related field; a Master's degree is a plus. Full-time, with a generous benefits package and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

4 or more years' financial analysis, pricing, or corporate underwriting experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel in complex data analysis
Experience managing complex legal documents
Master's Degree preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee the review of pricing commitment documents and assist in drafting, negotiation, approval, execution, and renewal of full contracts
Support the execution of contract strategies across clients, vendors, and/or providers
Adhere to contract governance processes, documentation standards, and approved workflows
Build strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders including Sales, Underwriting, Legal, Finance
