Job summary

CFS in McLean, VA is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage bi-weekly payroll for about 1,100 U.S. employees. The role supports payroll continuity during SAP SuccessFactors implementation and ensures SOX controls are properly executed.

You will collaborate with the accounting team on payroll accounting and balance-sheet matters, participate in workshops and UAT, and handle ad hoc payroll projects. Hybrid work schedule in McLean, VA is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience.
• Strong expertise with ADP Vantage (ADP Workforce Now acceptable).
• Knowledge of SOX compliance and payroll controls.
• Experience with payroll accounting and collaborating with accounting team.

• Process and support bi-weekly payroll cycles for ~1,100 U.S. employees.
• Maintain payroll operations and ensure continuity during system implementation.
• Execute and monitor SOX controls related to payroll processes.
