• Lead Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and transition from legacy systems.
• Coordinate with Tax and HR on tax withholdings and payroll liabilities.
• Establish internal controls over payroll authorizations and adjustments; oversee financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Drive continuous improvement to standardize payroll processes and boost efficiency.
• Serve as primary contact for payroll labor and union matters under collective bargaining agreements.
