Qualifications

• 5 years payroll experience managing a weekly, high-volume payroll.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic payroll systems.
• Must have high ethical standards and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Payroll department.
• Ensure compliance with wage/hour laws and collective bargaining agreements.
• Provide certified payroll reports to subcontractors and agencies.
• Manage pay rate tables for public and private work.
• Foster a culture of excellence in customer service and integrity.
