• 10+ years of progressive payroll leadership experience within a large, complex organization.
• Hands-on experience managing Oracle Payroll in a production environment.
• Experience with release testing, payroll validation, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide payroll operations for a large, multi-state organization.
• Provide leadership and development for a payroll management team, including ~40 indirect reports.
• Act as the primary business leader and SME for Oracle Payroll.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to enhance payroll processes, reporting, and system functionality.
• Oversee Oracle Payroll activities, including release testing, payroll validation, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Drive operational efficiencies, automation, and process improvements.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across multiple cycles.
• Support payroll transformation and in-house payroll capabilities expansion.
