Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and audit weekly, bi-weekly, and off-cycle payrolls.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
• Develop and maintain Workday payroll reports and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll efficiency.

Skills

Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations

Experience processing multi-state payrolls

Advanced proficiency in Workday Payroll

Strong analytical, auditing, and reconciliation skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
