Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager in San Francisco to lead complex, multi‑disciplinary projects from start to finish within the Consumer Payments Experiences group. You’ll plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate with cross‑functional partners including Product, Eng, UX, and Legal.

You’ll drive on‑time, high‑quality delivery of initiatives that enable commerce journeys, including collaboration with Android, Devices, and external partners, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with software implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead full software development life-cycle, from ideation, through implementation to post‑production support.
• Interact with cross‑functional and partner teams to gather proposals/requirements, and generate and execute project plans.
• Own software implementation projects, including providing full project management, creation and maintenance of implementation documentation and tracking timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate across various teams within the broader payments organization, as well as cross‑product area teams from Android, Devices etc.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and cross‑functional teams to resolve issues that arise during design and implementation, and during post‑production.
