Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex payment and cash transaction exceptions.
• Research failed payments, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Track inquiries where funds did not reach destination and coordinate with teams.
• Support daily operations using MTS, GPP, and related banking systems.
• Analyze trends and issues to identify process improvements and risk reductions.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Client Service, Risk, and Technology.
