Job summary

Aztec Fund Administration LLC in Radnor, PA is seeking a Financial Administrative Specialist to handle payments and support processing workflows. You will input payments on a centralised platform and coordinate with banking teams to ensure SLAs are met.

The role emphasizes accuracy, professional communication, and teamwork within a hybrid working environment. We provide in-house training for relevant knowledge and qualifications, with a focus on sound compliance and client service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a financial administrative role.
• Experience inputting payments is essential.
• Proficient computer literacy and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Inputting payments on a centralised platform to ensure payments are completed in line with SLA’s
• Assist with supporting processes to achieve straight through processing of in scope payments
• Liaison with wider Banking and Payments Centre of Excellence to ensure payments are completed in line with SLA’s
• Liaison within Client Services as required
• Liaising with client facing teams to support and provide guidance on appropriate payment queries
• Adhering to processes and procedures by following the relevant control framework(s)
• Undertaking routine office and clerical tasks
• Provide assistance in ad-hoc projects as required
