Job summary

Qualifications
- 8–12+ years in payments domain business analysis.
- Hands-on SAP IDocs experience related to payments.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 20022, CBPR+, and Hybrid Address mandates.
- Experience with SWIFT and H2H file-based integrations.
- Ability to interpret poorly documented or custom legacy implementations.
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze end-to-end payment processing workflows, including H2H and SWIFT channels.
- Map SAP IDoc payments to ISO 20022 formats (pain.001, pacs.008).
- Support Hybrid Address compliance and address data requirements (CBPR+).
- Translate business requirements into detailed mapping specifications and data dictionaries.
- Collaborate with SAP, payments, and integration teams.
- Troubleshoot IDoc-related data, mapping, and transformation issues during migration/testing.
- Support SIT/UAT cycles and production readiness activities.
