Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior Manager, Payer Marketing to lead strategy, creation, and execution of payer initiatives, copay content, and Market Access communications in the U.S. This role partners with cross-functional teams to optimize coverage, reimbursement, and patient access while driving payer-focused insights and tools.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Market Access and involves up to 20% travel, with hybrid remote/work-from-office flexibility based on location,

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree is required; MBA preferred.
• Experience: at least 7 years in pharma with 5+ years in patient support or market access.
• Strong payer landscape knowledge and ability to manage high-impact projects.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage payer marketing messaging and plans for copay and patient assistance programs.
• Lead content creation for payer value propositions, access communications, and pull-through materials.
• Monitor payer coverage policies and trends affecting patient access.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships; ensure timely delivery of materials.
