Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assists with bathing, elimination, bed making and vital signs under RN supervision.
• Transports patients and patient-related materials safely and timely.
• Greets and orients patients to the care area; facilitates meal service and feeding assistance.
• Provides additional select patient care as directed and collaborates with care team.
