Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years in hospital billing or Revenue Cycle preferred.
• Experience with UB-04, HCFA 1500, CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10 is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of payor guidelines and denials resolution.

Responsibilities

• Performs billing, collections, and account follow-up to ensure accurate claim submission and timely reimbursement.
• Reconciles cash postings, resolves payment discrepancies, and maintains compliance with payor/regulatory guidelines.
• Communicates effectively with patients, payors, and internal teams to resolve inquiries and support account resolution.
