Qualifications

• 2+ years of revenue cycle experience in a hospital/healthcare setting.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
• Ability to work 8:30am-5:00pm CST Monday-Friday.
• Reside within a commutable distance of Minneapolis, MN.
• Ability to travel onsite 2-4 times per year.
• Must be 18 years or older.

• Assists patient with setting up payment plans or connecting with resources for outstanding balances
• Uses resources, tools and procedures to complete accounts in assigned work queues

Primary Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with electronic medical records
• Patient Access and/or Financial Counseling experience
