Responsibilities

• Coordinate with scheduling to identify add-on patients.
• Obtain authorizations and referrals.
• Notify patients of anticipated liabilities.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record.
• Adhere to policies and protect university assets.
• Process medication prior to authorizations and coordinate with physicians.
• Prepare and follow up on peer-to-peer reviews and appeals.
