Qualifications

• 5+ years of patent prosecution secretarial experience.
• Familiarity with CFR/MPEP knowledge is a plus.
• Law firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level support to attorneys and patent team.
• Prepare patent applications and related documents.
• Maintain client files and docketing; manage calendars.
• Assist with billing and client communications.
