Qualifications

• 7+ years of patent preparation and prosecution experience in the mechanical arts.
• Licensed to practice law in Nebraska.
• Active U.S. Patent & Trademark Office registration.
• Juris Doctor and engineering degree as described.
• Strong drafting and prosecution capabilities for mechanical patents.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute U.S. and foreign patent applications in mechanical engineering fields.
• Draft and review intellectual property and technology-related agreements and licenses.
• Provide patentability, freedom to operate, and due diligence assessments.
