Job summary

Crouch Community Church in Garden Valley, Idaho, seeks a Senior Pastor to lead the church in gospel-centered ministry, preaching, and shepherding the congregation. The pastor will oversee staff, work with elders, and engage with the broader community through counseling, visitation, and weddings where appropriate.

Responsibilities include guiding evangelism, discipleship, annual conference attendance, and collaboration with the Elder Board to foster spiritual growth and unity across the church

Qualifications

• The Senior Pastor shall be a man of true Christian experience and established character.
• He shall have experience in and a zeal for the work of pastoral ministry.
• He shall be committed to the Statement of Faith of Crouch Community Church.

Responsibilities

• Lead and preach God’s Word to edify the Church and advance evangelism.
• Oversee church staff and discipleship with elders.
• Engage the community through counsel, visitation, funerals, weddings, and conference attendance.
• Recruit and retain volunteers; develop youth participation in worship and service.
• Maintain open communication and promote unity with the Elder Board and congregation.
