Job summary

Fellowship Alliance Chapel (FAC) in Medford, NJ, seeks an experienced Senior Pastor to shepherd a 1,200+ congregation and lead strategic ministry initiatives. You will preach and teach weekly, guide staff of 20+ and collaborate with the Elder Board on debt reduction and facility optimization.

We value collaborative leadership, strong expository preaching, and faithful alignment with CMA beliefs. The role includes a comprehensive compensation package and potential parsonage housing.

Qualifications

• Seminary education or equivalent ministry preparation.
• 7-10+ years of senior pastoral experience.
• Strong expository preaching and teaching abilities.
• Proven leadership in staff management and organizational development.
• Experience with financial stewardship and capital campaigns is preferred.
• Ordination by CMA (or willingness to obtain) is required.
• Theological alignment with evangelical CMA beliefs.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary preaching and teaching.
• Lead strategic planning for FAC.
• Oversee 20+ staff and ministry teams.
• Partner with the elder board on major initiatives including debt reduction and facility optimization.
• Foster collaborative, team-based governance with plurality of elders.
