Job summary

The Senior Pastor will serve as the primary preaching pastor, lead the church’s mission, and work collaboratively with the elder board to shepherd the congregation.

Qualifications

• Meets the biblical qualifications for elders/pastors as outlined in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.
• Prior pastoral ministry experience preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to servant leadership and team ministry.

Responsibilities

• Preach and teach the Word of God with depth and application.
• Lead the church in vision and spiritual formation.
• Shepherd the congregation through care, counseling, and discipleship.
