Fellowship Alliance Church in Truth or Consequences, NM is seeking a Senior Pastor to provide biblical, spiritual, and organizational leadership to a loving, Bible-centered congregation as we enter our next season of ministry.

The pastor will deliver biblically sound preaching, shepherd the church, develop lay leaders, oversee worship and outreach, and partner with elders and staff to multiply ministry impact across our community.

Senior Pastor

We are seeking a Senior Pastor to provide biblical, spiritual, and organizational leadership to a loving, caring, and Bible-centered congregation as we enter our next season of ministry.

About Our Church

Our church has an average Sunday attendance of approximately 100 and a current membership of 37. We are a warm, generous, and compassionate congregation representing a range of ages, backgrounds, and life experiences. We value biblical truth, unity, service, and genuine care for one another.

Our desire is to grow in our outreach and involvement in the community, strengthen marriages and families, develop disciples and lay leaders, and expand ministry to youth and men.

Position Description

The Senior Pastor will provide spiritual leadership and faithfully communicate God's Word while helping equip the congregation for ministry.

Key areas of ministry include:

• Biblical preaching and teaching
• Spiritual leadership and vision
• Discipleship and development of lay leaders
• Evangelism and community outreach
• Pastoral care, visitation, and counseling
• Ministry to marriages and families
• Leadership of staff, volunteers, and ministry programs
• Partnership with church elders and leadership
• Worship service oversight
• Support and promotion of international missions
• Biblical conflict management

These responsibilities reflect the pastoral ministry areas identified by the church during its search process.

Qualifications

We are seeking a godly, Spirit-filled pastor who is confident in Christ, disciplined, committed to God's Word, and genuinely loves people.

The successful candidate must meet the requirements for pastoral ministry within The Christian & Missionary Alliance and be eligible for licensing and appointment as an Alliance Official Worker.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's training, experience, and ministry effectiveness. The Terms of Call may include salary and housing allowance designation, health insurance provisions, ministry expenses, vacation, study and illness leave, retirement provisions, and moving expenses.
