Key ministries include biblical preaching, spiritual leadership, discipleship, outreach, pastoral care, and staff oversight. Licensing with The Christian & Missionary Alliance is required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible to be licensed within The Christian & Missionary Alliance.
• Strong biblical doctrine and ability to teach Scripture clearly.
• Proven track record in shepherding a diverse congregation.

Responsibilities

• Provide biblical, spiritual, and organizational leadership to the congregation.
• Lead in preaching, vision casting, and ministry development.
• Oversee staff, volunteers, and ministry programs.
