Position Summary:

The Senior Pastor is the primary spiritual and organizational leader of Berea Baptist Church. As our church has grown, this role has evolved from that of being the sole shepherd to becoming a visionary leader, strategic team builder, and equipper of leaders - both staff and lay - who collaboratively shepherd the body of Christ and minister effectively.

The Senior Pastor will lead from a posture of humility and spiritual maturity, prayerfulness, and biblical conviction, working in close partnership with associate pastors, ministry staff, deacons, and (eventually) elders to fulfill the mission of the church: to glorify God by making disciples who know Christ, grow in Christ, and go for Christ.
