Responsibilities

• Receive and manage incoming parts deliveries; match parts to repair orders.
• Distribute parts efficiently within the shop.
• Process invoices promptly; handle returns.
• Monitor parts ETAs and communicate updates to the GM and shop staff.
• Order supplemental parts as needed and manage day-of-delivery parts.
• Post invoices daily and oversee credits.
