As a Senior Partnerships Manager, you'll join an ambitious team dedicated to building and nurturing our partner ecosystem. Your focus will be on establishing close relationships with partners in your region to drive Teamtailor's global revenue growth, with a particular emphasis on launching in North America. We are seeking an experienced, sales-oriented individual to build our US partner ecosystem from scratch. If creating something new in a new territory excites you, this role is for you.
The first 6-12 months will involve mapping potential partners for outreach, onboarding, and activation. Long-term, your goal will be to maintain active partnerships and continually grow revenue contributions. A strong commercial mindset and drive to meet targets are essential.
You will be part of the Partnerships Team, a growing global group. You will work closely with our Head of Partnerships (Gabrielle) and the regional teams in North America. The role requires working from our Chicago office at least 3 days per week.
