About SpendHound
  • SpendHound is a 100% free software renewal management platform and service recently launched by YipitData. It provides a single source of truth for companies’ renewal information.
  • It includes: a comprehensive view of all software applications used with annual contract values, auto-renewal information, renewal dates, license counts, and more

The Role

We’ve grown from 40 customers to over 800 and expanded from a single point solution to a multi-modal platform in less than 18 months. As we scale, partnerships become a critical part of our go-to-market strategy. We’re looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to define and lead our partner ecosystem, helping unlock new growth channels, deepen market reach, and build an exceptional partner experience.

You’ll have a unique opportunity to shape and scale our partnerships function from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for identifying high-potential partners, designing joint go-to-market motions, and building strong, trust-based relationships that drive revenue and product adoption. Over time, this role is expected to grow into a leadership position, with responsibility for hiring, mentoring, and scaling a team.

What You'll Own
  • Identify, source, and onboard new partners across the outsourced finance ecosystem, PE firms, and consulting firms
  • Develop and manage joint go-to-market strategies with partners to drive mutual value and accelerate customer acquisition, including scalable processes and playbooks for partner enablement, co-marketing, and referral workflows
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success to ensure partnership initiatives are aligned and delivering results
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, building deep relationships that lead to long-term collaboration and trust
  • Track and report on partner performance, pipeline influence, and overall impact on business metrics
  • Experiment with new partnership models, incentives, and outreach strategies to drive growth
You Are Likely to Succeed If You
  • Enjoy building new programs from the ground up and are comfortable experimenting and navigating ambiguity
  • Are a strong communicator with the executive presence to engage senior leaders and represent SpendHound externally
  • Thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and know how to keep momentum moving across teams
  • Can identify key stakeholders across partners, what motivates different leaders, and build lasting relationships
  • Are proactive, self-directed, and take ownership without waiting for permission
  • Have 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales roles—ideally at a SaaS, fintech, or startup environment

  • The on-target-earning for this position is anticipated to be $180,000 USD ($130,000 Base + $50,000 Uncapped Bonus). The final offer may be determined by a number of factors, including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal team benchmarks.
  • This role is bonus-eligible and offers equity.
