Sundance Institute in the greater Los Angeles area is seeking a Senior Account Executive, Corporate Partnerships. This full-time role supports the Sundance Film Festival and year-round programs, managing a portfolio of current partners and winning new ones.

You will work hybrid, with onsite meetings at key points and occasional travel. Requires 5 years in corporate partnerships or sales in media and a proven ability to exceed revenue goals. Salary $70k–$90k with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience pitching and managing corporate partnerships or sponsorships in media.
• Ability to articulate a clear value proposition to partners.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of about $2.5M in annual partnerships.
• Generate new business and own a sales pipeline for Festivals and programs.
• Oversee 20-30+ corporate partners and lead renewal negotiations.
• Coordinate with marketing and festival teams to ensure quality activations.
• Forecast revenue weekly and meet/beat revenue goals.
