What you’re applying for

We're seeking a senior partnership manager for embedded channels to oversee and grow our portfolio of distribution partnerships.

This role involves managing existing relationships and onboarding new partners across various industries, including property management firms, fintech platforms, retail ecosystems, and employer benefit providers.

In this role you’ll
  • Manage and own a number of key strategic partnerships, driving new growth opportunities to promote mutual success and alignment
  • Collaborate with the Biz Development team to transition newly signed partners into productive relationships
  • Identify opportunities to deepen partnerships, co-develop initiatives, and drive customer acquisition through joint efforts
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives
  • Establish KPIs, monitor partner performance, and provide regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders
  • Gather feedback, analyze outcomes, and implement improvements to enhance partnership effectiveness and efficiency
What you’ll need
  • 3+ years experience in partnership management, account management, or related roles, preferably within tech, fintech, or InsurTech sectors
  • BA Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, productive relationships with diverse partners
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies that drive mutual growth and value
  • Proficiency in analyzing data to inform decisions and optimize partnership performance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities
  • Ability to work in our NYC office 3 days per week
  • Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI – a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture

Lemonade's US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000 - $128,500 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Speak to your recruiter to hear more about the specific salary range for your preferred location.
