AgVend in Austin, TX seeks a Senior Partner Strategy Manager to own and expand a high-complexity portfolio of partnerships, guiding multi-location, multi-BU initiatives with strategic impact.
You will shape the partner program, lead executive-level engagements, and drive revenue growth through retention, expansion, and AI-enabled workflows. This role requires autonomous leadership, deep industry insight, and a track record of delivering measurable ROI.
The Senior Partner Strategy Manager is a proven strategic operator who manages a more complex, higher-stakes portfolio of partnerships with greater autonomy. You handle multi-business-unit partners, navigate layered organizational structures, and consistently deliver commercial outcomes with minimal oversight.
At this level, you do more than execute the playbook — you shape it. You identify patterns across your book that inform how the entire PSM team operates. You mentor less experienced PSMs, model the strategic behaviors the team is building toward, and serve as a trusted escalation point when complex situations arise.
You operate within a pod alongside a Partner Experience Manager and Partner Marketing Manager, setting strategic direction and ensuring every partner has a clear growth trajectory. Your judgment is trusted, your partners are well-managed, and your peers look to you as an example of how the role should be done.
Complex partnership ownership
A high-performing Senior PSM in 2027 operates with the autonomy and judgment of a seasoned business owner. You spend the significant majority of your time on strategic, revenue-generating activity and consistently model the behaviors the team is building toward. Our partners view you as their strategic partner and thought leader. They come to you for advice and implement your solutions to increase ROI.
