Job summary

Truveta is building a health data platform to enable faster cures and better clinical insights. This Senior Partner Solutions Manager will report to the Sr.

Director of Partner Solutions and focus on strategic Life Sciences engagements, delivering demos and collateral to demonstrate value of Truveta Studio. You will help shape the product roadmap with customer feedback, translate complex data problems for executives, and collaborate across product, engineering, and sales teams in a hybrid work

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare data and analytics.
  • Experience in consulting or start-up environments collaborating with technical teams.
  • Ability to translate complex clinical research topics for a non-research audience.
  • Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Architect Partner solution concepts leveraging Truveta Studio capabilities.
  • Support Business Development to drive adoption during the sales process.
  • Deliver tailored demos and lead technical discussions for potential customers.
  • Identify unmet customer needs and inform the product roadmap.
  • Provide SME across the Partner team and coordinate cross-team efforts.
  • Lead scalable processes and hand-offs to Customer Success.

Senior Partner Solutions Manager

For overall team productivity, we optimize meeting hours in the pacific time zone. We avoid scheduling recurring meetings that start after 3pm PT, however, ad hoc meetings occur between 8am-6pm Pacific time. #LI-remote

This Opportunity

This role will report to our Sr. Director of Partner Solutions on the Partner team. They will focus on supporting strategic engagements with its Life Sciences partners. Leveraging clinical research expertise, they will deliver collateral that will be used by members of the team to demonstrate the value of Truveta to prospective customers and drive adoption of the Truveta Studio in the Life Sciences space. The manager will have a strong background in health care, real world data (RWD), and leveraging programming skills to analyze Real World Data.

Responsibilities
  • Use deep medical and Real-World Data (RWD) experience to architect creative Partner solutions based on Truveta Studio capabilities
  • Support Business Development to drive adoption and use of Truveta Studio, operating as a trusted subject matter expert in the sales process
  • Develop and deliver tailored demos and lead technical discussions that demonstrate the value that the Truveta Studio can create for that specific potential customer for their disease of interest
  • Identify unmet needs of potential customers and synthesize the information to inform Truveta’s product roadmap
  • Provide subject matter expertise across the Truveta Partner team, including assisting in program design and coordinating well across Truveta teams
  • Identify and implement processes and systems that will scale as our business grows, including leading structured hand-offs of closed customers to the customer success team
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare data and analytics, with a preference for candidates with Life Science real world data (RWD) experience
  • Previous experience in a consulting or start-up environments collaborating with technical teams like engineers and product managersand ability to balance a rapidly changing environment and handle shifting gears quickly
  • Previous experience using R, SQL, and/or Python
  • Proven ability with executive level communication and to simplify complex clinical research and other domain-specific topics into synthesized, structured, and simplistic verbiage for a non-research audience

  • The base pay for this position is $137,000 to $150,000. The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target. Pay is based on several factors including location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for incentive pay and stock options.
