Job summary

Metropolis Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Partner Marketing to lead go‑to‑market and joint co‑marketing strategies for our National Account partners. You will drive audience segmentation and create campaigns that boost brand relevance, adoption, and revenue across premier real-estate portfolios.

Embedded inside Partner Success, you will connect enterprise accounts with central marketing teams—Creative, Lifecycle, Events, and Performance Marketing—turning premium programs

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consumer marketing or partnerships.
• Experience owning marketing relationships for high-value enterprise accounts.
• Strong data-driven storytelling for enterprise stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across product, sales, analytics, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead end-to-end go-to-market and joint co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners.
• Own high-impact marketing launches for qualifying properties meeting thresholds.
• Deploy and optimize site-level digital media programs in partnership with performance marketing.
• Craft compelling positioning narratives using research and data.
• Manage monthly performance reporting and dashboards for SEM spend and store-visit ROAS.
• Maintain alignment on brand guidelines and shared business objectives with partners.
• Drive adoption of localized loyalty and third-party integrations to lift performance.
• Coordinate with Creative to prioritize design requests for localized collateral.
• Weave localized partner perks into member retention journeys.
• Align with event strategy on Tier 1 launch activations and events.
